Kilyumbu Communications is a private limited company registered in Kenya. Basically, kilyumbu communication uses the technology of Call Notes which is a modern telephony functionality that call center agents or phone teams can use to take notes during calls, within their call center with the aid of software or cloud-based PBX solutions. They can share these notes with their team or their supervisors to communicate the context of a conversation during call transfers, or while preparing for a follow-up.
Based on modern technology, we utilize the internet and cloud-based solutions in our service provision. Being specialists in customer service, we engage on day-to-day algorithms in providing services to client base from different vendors.
